Smocked salmon canapè and a cocktail with grapefruit juice -

I'm gonna try making some tartlets with shrimps and mussels. The tartlets I've only seen in Singapore so far are those filled with fruits like peaches, kiwis, strawberries, etc.
And the turkey is always a must have for Christmas!

Actually, in Naples turkey is not a christmas tradition. It was cooked by my german grandmother :-)
